Heidi Smith, ARNP

I’ve grown up in southern Indiana. As a 16 year old high school student, Dr. Nassim gave me my first job as a file clerk in her office. I have grown in so many ways with the practice as they encouraged me through my nursing degree at IUS. After a brief experience with Kosair Children’s I returned to the practice as a registered nurse to manage the special needs population as a Nurse case manager. After 9 years in that position, Dr. Nassim encouraged me to return to school and complete my masters in nursing, receiving my degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Bellarmine University. I reside in Harrison County with my fiancé, Michael and our four children. We enjoy spending time together and I consider myself a lifelong learner, always open to new opportunities to grow. I cherish my time as a pediatric nurse practitioner, helping children be well, get well and reach their potential.
